Delivery Time

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day
• Custom orders may require additional processing time (5-7 days)
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by original invoice and certificates
• Free from any damage or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during sale with "Final Sale" tag
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

Return Process

1. Initiate return request through your account or contact customer service
2. Pack the item securely in original packaging
3. Our logistics partner will pick up the item from your address
4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to reflect
• Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
